The Lazy H Farm is located in Harpersville, AL just minutes away from
the hustle and bustle of Birmingham.
The Lazy H Farm is Family owned and operated and offers a full list of services for what you need. We have a has a very private and quiet country setting. The horse barn and grounds provide a pleasing and healthy environment for horses and visitors alike.

The Farm also offers acres of riding fields, access to trails We invite you to stop by and tour our little piece of heaven and see what we have to offer. Whether it be a Birthday, Company Party, Neighborhood event...just about any occasion can be made especially memorable for adults and children of all ages when the Lazy H Farm is part of the festivities
Our farm is in a very private quiet and country setting. The horse barns and grounds provide a pleasing and healthy environment for horses and visitors alike. We have 40 acres with access to 200 plus acres for additional riding. All hay is personally baled from local farms we lease.
Our barn includes 12 stalls with tack room, wash room, bathroom & office. Stalls are 12 ft by 12 ft with mats, swing door feeders & mounted water buckets.
Our farm includes a round pen, 150 x 225 lighted riding arena and trails
All horses at Lazy H Farm are expected to be on a regular worming, vaccination, & foot care program. Boarders are welcome to use their own Farrier and Veterinarian or they may use ours. We will be happy to put your horse on a program for farier and veterinarian needs.

Lessons: We are a full service horse farm, we teach the rider the basics in horse handling with safety, riding and grooming lessons. In addition we instruct Barrel Racing, Pole Bending, Team Roping, Breakaway Roping, Tie Down Calf Roping, Goat Tying, Chute Dogging & More. Call for more information on availability and Pricing.
Training: In addition we have services available to train the horse on the basics to teaching them timed event activities.

Our students perform in IBRA, Alabama Open Horseman Associations,
Alabama Junior Rodeo Association, Alabama High School Association and United States Team Roping Association.

Horse Hotel
We would love to have you and/or your horse stay overnight with us as you travel through Alabama. We have 12' x 12' stalls with bedding, pasture turnout available, hook-ups available and feed or hay available with notice. Wash area and bathroom in barn. Round pen and 150' x 225' arena on site. Lots of pasture area and field to exercise your horse. Possible RV hookup. Plenty of parking area - good wide entrance. No problem for long trailers. We welcome all types of horse lovers and we love new faces. Please remember to bring your coggins.
Location: 1.5 miles off Hwy. 280 in Harpersville area. From Birmingham take Hwy. 280 east pass mile marker 26, turn left onto County Hwy. 62 (also called Gallops Crossroads). Go 1.5 miles - look for pasture to your right with arena at road and barn on hill.
